Harcourts New Zealand appointed Josephine Kinsella as the new Northern Regional Business Development Manager who began in the role this week.

Chief Executive Hayden Duncan says Josephine’s appointment will assist in business owner development and the strategic growth of the brand, particularly around maintaining Harcourts’ market share in the region.

“The opportunity that our NAI Harcourts commercial division, our property management business and of course the main business driver, middle to high end/luxury residential property - where Harcourts will soon be releasing a new capability – provide will all be supported and driven by the experience and skill sets of Mrs Kinsella and the rest of the team. This is an exciting time as the market continues to rise.”

With over 15 years’ experience, from directorships, senior management and sales experience across advertising, tourism, aviation and real estate Mrs Kinsella has held the role of Manager of Harcourts’ Howick office for the past year (Howick has the 2011/2012 Northern Region number one and 2011/2012 Harcourts International number three sales consultant Anton Huang and 2011/2012 Northern Region number four and Harcourts International number 11 sales consultant Karl Vermeulen).

Mrs Kinsella has owned her own real estate agency in the Gold Coast prior to making the move across the Tasman and taking the manager role in Howick.
