NAI Harcourts North Shore is New Zealand’s top NAI Harcourts office.
The accolade was awarded to the NAI Harcourts North Shore team at the 2015 Harcourts National Awards, held in Auckland last week.
It’s an outstanding result for NAI Harcourts North Shore and business owner Rob Meister says it caps off an outstanding year.
“I think the result is the culmination of a couple of things. Firstly getting new salespeople on board – the team is now up to 14 sales consultants. And secondly, the fact that we’ve been able to increase our market share.”
“We are definitely winning pitches off our competitors.”
Co-owner Andrew Bruce says NAI Harcourts North Shore does business right across the North Shore from Takapuna to Silverdale, which takes in a huge variety in market activity, from older well-established commercial areas to the excitement of all the commercial development in places such as Albany.
One of the key triumphs for NAI Harcourts North Shore last year was winning the pitch for the sale of the ex-Takapuna Fire Station site. “We won that against a number of established agencies from all over Auckland. Being part of the international NAI Global organisation and the Harcourts Group has provided so many opportunities,” Bruce says.
But that kind of deal will just be the norm if Rob has his way. “Looking ahead, we really just want to keep up the growth. It’s been a busy couple of years, with growth of over 400% in the last two years, but the important thing is, it’s still fun!”
NAI Harcourts General Manager Greg Clarke says Rob, Andrew and the team are increasingly the go-to agency for commercial business on the North Shore, regularly beating out their competitors.
“They know their area inside and out and clients always come away satisfied, not just with the sales results, but with their level of professionalism and expertise.”
