Harcourts New Zealand Auctioneer of the Year, Andrew North will tonight hear where he will draw to deliver his auction call at the Australasian Auctioneer Championship in Adelaide.

Andrew was runner-up at the 2012 REINZ Auction Champs earlier this year and winner of the Harcourts New Zealand Auction Competition at their annual conference in May. His REINZ placing qualified him to compete at this year’s Australasian competition.

Runner up at the Australasian Auction Competition last year Andrew (known as Northy to his peers) was one of five finalists, commanding the judge’s attention.

Harcourts National Auction Manager Robert Tulp, and previous REINZ Auction Champs runner-up himself knows too well how important this competition is.

“Having never missed a final for every competition he’s entered and having been a REINZ Auction Champs finalist for the past five years, this year will be a very exciting competition.

The heats will being at 10am Wednesday morning, Adelaide time on with the finals at 130pm Thursday afternoon concluded by a presentation dinner. The competition is being held at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
