NAI Harcourts acknowledged the successes of its top performing Sales Consultants at the NAI Harcourts National Awards 2011/12ceremony held at Auckland’s SKYCITY Convention Centre on Wednesday, 23rd May.
From the 15 regional finalists, only one received the prize for NAI Harcourts Top National Commercial Sales Consultant. Off the back of winning NAI Harcourts Top Commercial Sales Consultant for the Central region, Paul Sanford of Rotorua gladly claimed his prize for the second year running.
“Once I had reached number one, the competitive nature of the commercial property industry helped my continued drive to push through the last two quarters of the year and retain that top podium placing,” says Mr Sanford.
“It has really come down to my network of local sellers and buyers supporting me and when combined with a new shift in office all things culminated having a great influence to the strong finish for the year,” says Mr Sanford.
NAI Harcourts General Manager Richard Laery says Paul is a key member in driving the central and national strategy for NAI Harcourts in New Zealand.
“Paul’s ability to share knowledge with the NAI Harcourts team around the country and his use of new NAI Harcourts products to assist his clients shows why he is number one. Six commercial agents have joined NAI Harcourts in Hamilton from CB Richard Ellis recently making this the largest NAI Harcourts office in the central region.
Receiving awards for second and third National NAI Harcourts Top Commercial Sales Consultant were Premilla Sharma from Christchurch City Business Brokers, and David McKillop from Invercargill, respectively, both regional winners.
