Christchurch City Commercial’s Simon Rowland-Jones has been recognised as the top commercial sales consultant in New Zealand.
Awarded the Top National NAI Harcourts Sales Consultant at the 2015 Harcourts National Awards last week, Simon is renowned in the industry for ability to offer clients a comprehensive service while maintaining the discretion and confidentiality so crucial to a lot of commercial business.
The keys to success, he says, are thinking “outside the box”, putting the time in and making sure to really connect with clients. Over the years, Simon has dedicated himself to building a strong network of contacts which allows him to put the right buyers and sellers together.
